Depending on your TikTok privacy settings, your Following list can either be viewed by the public or hidden.

As already mentioned earlier, if your account is set to public everyone; follower or not will be able to see who you follow.

On the other hand, if your TikTok account is private, your following list is not visible to the public, only your approved followers can view it, just like any other content on your account.

If you would like to change your account to Private, open your Tiktok go to your Profile, tap Settings & Privacy > Privacy, and turn on the Private account option to switch your account from public to private.
